The 4BX Workout

The 4BX Workout incorporates functional exercises, plyometrics, cardio & strength training elements designed to challenge each guest to fulfill their own potential.  Workouts often include  kettlebells, medicine balls, tire flips, sledgehammers, jump ropes, & weights.  Best of all, workouts change daily to keep things interesting - you never know what our creative training team will throw at you!

BodyMuvE: Upper Body, Core, Lower Body:  Looking to compliment your current fitness program with strength training or to target those areas needing a little extra attention?  Checkout BodyMuvE - powered by bodyweight exercise to raise your heart rate and target the major muscle groups of your core, upper body, and lower body.  This 45min class, fueled by a body-bumping playlist, is all you'll need to dig deep and feel the burn!
